Meide Group Successfully Hosts Global Fluid and Environmental Testing Summit Forum

On January 17-18, 2025, the Meide Group held a successful Global Fluid and Environmental Testing Summit Forum in Jinan, China, which saw the opening ceremony of the Meide Group Fluid and Environmental Testing Research Institute (Phase I). The forum attracted a diverse group of nearly 100 experts, industry leaders, and representatives from around the globe, including renowned figures like Wang Hao of CAE and Zhao Li, a national champion in technical measurement and construction.

During the event, a video congratulatory message was shared from Dave Viola, President of the World Water Association, underscoring the significance of the summit and its goals. Key figures from the Meide Group, including Kong Linglei, the Chairman of the Board, along with Vice Chairmen Chang Cheng and Guo Lei, and Dean Wang Shixin, were present, signaling the company's commitment to advancing research and development in fluid and environmental testing.

This summit specifically aimed at sustainable, low-carbon, and quality-driven advancements in the fluid transport industry. It served as a platform to explore emerging opportunities and new perspectives for high-quality development, which is increasingly critical as the world focuses on environmental issues.

The Meide Group also inaugurated their Fluid and Environmental Testing Research Institute, which received plaques of recognition from 21 significant institutions, including the China Architecture Design and Research Institute and the China Pump and Valve Inspection and Testing Center, highlighting its importance within the industry.

The Fluid and Environmental Testing Research Institute is dedicated to establishing a state-of-the-art intelligent liquid laboratory. Among its cutting-edge offerings is a DN1200 system capable of multi-zone fluid testing with integrated smart controls, combined with an environmental test lab filled with over ten advanced technologies. These capabilities include raw material inspection, pipe and valve testing, and flow calibration, addressing critical technical challenges in fluid mechanics and engineering.

The institute's establishment and the successful execution of the forum not only mark a milestone for the Meide Group but also for the entire fluid transport sector, as it aligns with global efforts to promote eco-friendly and innovative industry practices.

Looking ahead, the insights gathered from the forum and the collaborative spirit displayed will likely catalyze further advancements and initiatives within the industry, ultimately contributing to a cleaner, more efficient future for fluid transport and environmental standards worldwide. With strong institutional partnerships, Meide Group is strategically positioned to lead the charge in these crucial developments.
