Next Level Aviation Appoints Louis Kucia as Vice President of Procurement

Next Level Aviation® (NLA) has made a significant leadership change by appointing Louis Kucia as its new Vice President of Procurement, effective February 4, 2026. With over two decades of expertise in sourcing Boeing and Airbus products as well as a deep understanding of the aftermarket spare parts market, Kucia brings valuable experience to the role. He holds an active FAA license for airframes and engines, which further solidifies his qualifications for this pivotal position in the company.

In his new role, Kucia will be responsible for overseeing all used serviceable materials (USM) procurement activities to enhance NLA's inventory in Florida. His primary focus will be on expanding the company's supplier base while also building a team of buyers to support NLA's ambitious growth strategy. This comes at a time when the company is aiming to bolster its market presence significantly.
