100,000 Sunflowers Expected to Bloom at Yokosuka's Soleil Hill
This weekend marks the peak bloom for approximately 100,000 sunflowers at the Long Beach Park Soleil Hill in Yokosuka, Kanagawa. Managed by Hibiya Kadan and its joint venture in area management, the sunflowers will be in full display from late July into mid-August, creating a breathtaking scene reminiscent of a painting against the backdrop of the blue sky and Mt. Fuji.
Visitors can walk along designated paths in the sunflower fields to snap memorable photos among the vibrant blooms. With varieties towering above children, such delightful flowerbeds are set to excite all ages. During peak bloom, the golden waves of sunflowers paired with the view of Mt. Fuji at sunset offer a mystical experience not to be missed.
