Severe home care is a specialized welfare service aimed at aiding individuals with severe disabilities or illnesses, allowing them to live safely in their homes. Eustyle Laboratory operates one of the largest networks of these services in Japan, providing round-the-clock medical care as part of its offerings. Unlike standard home care, which tends to operate on shorter visiting durations, severe home care emphasizes long-term oversight, meeting the complex needs of its clients.

Expanding Coverage in Kawasaki

Kawasaki City, with a population exceeding 1.5 million, has a pressing need for more severe home care services. Following Eustyle's successful establishment of its first location in Yokohama in 2016, which is now its largest operation by revenue, the company saw the demand for additional services in the region. By 2022, Eustyle had opened a location in Machida, and was set to launch another branch in Shonan by May 2025. The newest facility in Kawasaki aims to address the unique needs of residents in the Kawasaki and surrounding areas.

The Kawasaki location will primarily serve assis male and female residents of Kawasaki (Kawasaki-ku, Saiwai-ku, Nakahara-ku, Takatsu-ku), as well as individuals from surrounding areas in Yokohama and Ota, Tokyo.

Since the implementation of the Disability Self-Reliance Support Law in 2006, the number of individuals with disabilities in Kawasaki has surged, increasing by 75% over the past 17 years.
