Bristow Group Strengthens Leadership with Anne Rappold as Chief Legal Officer

Bristow Group Welcomes Anne Rappold as Chief Legal Officer

Bristow Group Inc., a leading provider of innovative and sustainable vertical flight solutions, has officially appointed Anne Rappold as its Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. This announcement marks a significant leadership change within the organization, reinforcing Bristow's commitment to excellence and strategic guidance in legal affairs.

Rappold's appointment follows her impressive stint as the Acting Chief Legal Officer, a role she undertook in August 2025. In this capacity, she was responsible for directing the Company’s global legal and government affairs teams, ensuring that Bristow's operations across the globe were well-supported in compliance and legal matters.

Chris Bradshaw, President and CEO of Bristow Group, lauded Rappold's contributions, stating, "Anne has done an exceptional job guiding our Legal and Government Affairs organization in support of Bristow's global operations. We are pleased to formally appoint her as Chief Legal Officer." Bradshaw’s endorsement underscores Rappold’s capabilities in navigating complex legal landscapes and her essential role in the leadership team.

In her new capacity, Rappold will continue to oversee the legal and compliance services, in addition to managing government affairs activities. Her responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the executive leadership team, contributing to the overarching strategic priorities that steer the Company toward its objectives.

Rappold’s journey with Bristow began in June 2023 when she joined as the Deputy General Counsel for the Americas and Global Risk Management. Prior to joining Bristow, she had significant experience in the legal field, particularly as the Vice President for Government Affairs, Risk & Compliance at Freeport LNG. Her earlier career also included practicing insurance defense law in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she honed her skills in legal advocacy and compliance.

Bristow Group stands as the foremost provider of vertical flight solutions, serving a wide range of clients including offshore energy companies and government entities. With an array of aviation services that includes personnel transportation, search and rescue operations, medical evacuations, and helicopter services to remote locations, the company operates across various regions including Australia, Brazil, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

This leadership change comes at a crucial time when the aviation industry is rapidly evolving, particularly in light of growing demands for sustainable practices. Rappold's legal expertise will be instrumental as Bristow navigates the complexities of compliance and regulatory requirements in a sector that is increasingly under scrutiny for its environmental practices.

With a focus on innovation and sustainability, Bristow Group aims to lead the charge in redefining aviation services for the future. Rappold’s leadership is expected to channel the Company’s legal strategies in a manner that not only aligns with its operational needs but also supports its mission to enhance vertical flight solutions globally. As the Company continues to expand its footprint and enhance its service offerings, it remains committed to maintaining high standards of legal integrity and corporate governance.
