- - Eligible Establishments: New restaurants opening from October 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama). Note: Islands are excluded from the delivery area, and some products may not be deliverable.
