Municipal employees often find themselves repeating explanations due to frequent inquiries, especially during limited-period events or changes in regulations. This process demands up-to-date information, multilingual responses, and availability during weekends and night hours. ToyTalk addresses these challenges by allowing users to create specialized AI characters designed for specific locations, times, or purposes, which simplifies the process of obtaining information.

How ToyTalk Works

ToyTalk is a spot AI service that enables users to create and deploy micro-chatbots easily. By uploading various documents such as PDFs, Word files, brochures, and text notes, administrators can generate interactive AI solutions that assist citizens in real time. Users can access this service from their smartphones through QR codes or URLs, enabling questions to be answered immediately and effectively.

The agreement represents the first commercial application resulting from the Toride City Public Facility Management Private Proposal System for the fiscal year 2025, highlighting a significant step in the city’s trajectory toward improved service delivery.

Event Guidance for Toride Fireworks

The annual Toride Tonagawa Fireworks Event, scheduled for August 8, will also incorporate ToyTalk as an event guide, providing participants with information about the program, transportation, venue details, and FAQs.
