The main objective of this project is to streamline and enhance operational efficiency within nursing care businesses in Ome City. By promoting the adoption of a standardized care plan data integration system, the initiative seeks to alleviate the workload across multiple care service providers while addressing the ongoing issue of labor shortages in the field.

Key Activities of the Project

Implementation of Information Sessions

To kick off the project, Zenko Research Institute will conduct informative briefings. These sessions will cover the system's convenience, operational procedures, and effective usage strategies, ensuring that care providers fully understand how to integrate the new technology into their practices.

Online Seminars

In addition to in-person sessions, online seminars will be organized to detail how to connect with five designated care management software solutions, effectively broadening the project's reach and accessibility.

Support During Implementation

The program offers extensive support from the initial licensing phase to the successful deployment of the system. This ensures that all parties involved have the technical assistance they require to transition smoothly into using the new care plan data system.

Establishment and Operation of a Support Desk

To further assist users, a dedicated support desk will provide guidance regarding operational inquiries and other system-related issues.

Development of a Support Website

A dedicated support website will be launched to deliver essential information about system operation methods and to offer timely updates as necessary.

Strengthening Support for 2025 and National Outreach

Zenko Research Institute is committed to nurturing digital skills in the nursing care sector, ensuring that administrative bodies and local communities benefit from digitalization initiatives. For FY 2025, Zenko plans to reinforce its support structure, having already committed to assisting over 1,000 businesses across 32 regions nationwide with direct support for system implementation and operational enhancement. This approach allows for tailored assistance that suits the real-world conditions faced by nursing service providers.

The institute aims to foster collaboration among local governments, service providers, and nursing staff, aspiring to establish regional models that can be expanded nationally, thereby solidifying the foundation for future advancements in nursing care services.
