Key Exhibits and Themes

Latest Connection Technologies and Power Systems

At the exhibition, Phoenix Contact will highlight its newest connection technologies and power systems that enhance the efficiency and smart capabilities from control cabinets to field wiring. A focal point will be the innovative DIN rail terminal block, "XT", which integrates the state-of-the-art Push-X technology, in addition to the unique Push-lock & Push-in type power relay connector known as "IPD". Furthermore, they will introduce a new switching power supply named "TRIO3", which is designed to bolster reliability in power systems alongside a suite of energy monitoring devices, overload protection features utilizing electronic circuit breakers, and the new carbon spark gap SPD product "FLT-MB" designed for surge protection against lightning strikes, which is becoming increasingly necessary in Japan.

Images of the latest innovations will be on display, including the Push-X technology terminal blocks, TRIO power supply with electronic circuit breaker, and the waterproof power relay connectors.

Smart and Secure Automation X Network

Phoenix Contact will also present solutions that propel automation networking into the realm of increased security and efficiency. Showcased will be an industrial wireless LAN adapter featuring Wi-Fi 6 technology, the "FL WLAN 1120", designed for faster and more secure wireless communications, and the "mGuard Secure Cloud" for secure remote maintenance globally. The company will present security solutions that comply with IEC 62443 standards through offerings like the PLCnext Control and FL MGUARD for tackling cybersecurity issues. Additional products to be displayed include high-capacity switches, the edge PC designed to bridge IT and OT, "VL3 UPC 2440 EDGE", and the PSD signal lamp for rapid fault identification, each providing secure connectivity options for automation processes.

Photographs will include the various Wi-Fi adapters, secure cloud technology, and advanced sequence controllers.

Solutions for Electronic Devices

The unveiling of the brand new "XPC Series" circuit board connectors, featuring the innovative Push-X technology, will add to the diverse array of terminal blocks and connectors displayed. This allows for easy insertion of stranded wires directly, revolutionizing device connectivity. Moreover, a selection of metal circular connectors ranging from M5 to M58 for data communication, high-speed connectors with built-in pulse transformers for RJ45, and a versatile case system for electronic devices will also be featured in the displays.

Images showcasing the exciting new products will include the XPC connector series, compact power connectors, and multifunctional cases.
