After completing renovations and introducing new tenants, this celebrated commercial complex will emerge anew under the concept of 'Shinagal'. The 'Shinagal' Concept

Originally opened in December 1998, Shinagawa Intercity features a high-rise complex consisting of three office buildings and one commercial space, playing a pivotal role in the development of the eastern entrance of the Shinagawa Station. The new concept 'Shinagal' embodies connections among people, neighborhoods, and future aspirations.
