AI Storm's Truck Fund Achieves 100% Success with New Fund Launch

AI Storm's Truck Fund Achievements

In a remarkable milestone, AI Storm Co., Ltd. (formerly Jexeed) has successfully closed its fourth Truck Fund, achieving a 100% closing rate across its first four funds. This accomplishment translates to a total fundraising of 18.1 billion yen, marking a solid indication of strong investor confidence in the company's unique blend of real asset investments and AI-driven finance solutions.

The company, headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, led by CEO Toshio Imai, has swiftly progressed through multiple phases since launching its Truck Fund initiative in 2024. The first and second funds collectively raised 9.23 billion yen, and the third fund sold out in just about three weeks. Following this trend, the fourth fund also closed rapidly, demonstrating sustained market support and the replicability of its investment scheme. With this foundation, AI Storm is now prepared to advance into the next growth phase, aiming to expand its vehicle network and diversify its revenue sources.

Continuous Success and Future Ventures

The completion of funds one through four reinforces AI Storm's capability and operational consistency, drawing on their proven fundraising power to pursue an ambitious objective: to achieve a network of 1,000 vehicles, with Electric Vehicles (EVs) constituting 7% of that fleet. The roadmap for reaching a market capitalization of 50 billion yen is becoming increasingly clearer, backed by the solid groundwork laid by these four funds.

For lessors and investors, AI Storm is currently offering an opportunity to engage with its fifth fund. With many investors seeing the benefits of lease integrations, the risk and CAPEX burdens have been significantly reduced. The company has set up a flexible plan where maintenance, insurance, inspections, and repairs are covered by AI Storm, allowing lessees to streamline their cash flows with monthly payments over shorter amortization periods. They also provide options for early sale or buying back vehicles, catering to varied investor needs.

The Fund's Operational Model

AI Storm's latest fund focuses on acquiring vehicles, with all the raised capital being directed towards tangible asset operations, ensuring clear cash flow sources. With its asset management strategies aiming for optimal lease revenue and profit from sales, their ongoing development of AI dynamic pricing models and routing optimization via SaaS systems is designed to maximize operational efficiency and the quality of exit strategies.

As they build towards their goal of 1,000 vehicles by the end of fiscal 2026, the firm is set to capitalize on the efficiencies of scale and diversify exit avenues through their funding schemes that allow for small participations, approximating around 10 million yen.

Looking Ahead

AI Storm has so far successfully closed its first through fourth Truck Funds, accumulating 18.1 billion yen, which sets the stage for the launch of the fifth fund. The capital raised from this latest venture will again be dedicated to vehicle acquisitions, further extending their operational base and stock revenue.

Internally, there is a strategic roadmap aiming for a fleet expansion to approximately 1,000 vehicles by the end of fiscal 2026, including trials with EV trucks. The expected stable lease revenues along with additional advertising income from vehicles equipped with LED vision screens will further bolster the company's stock revenue and support their ambitious goal of achieving a market valuation of 50 billion yen by 2027.
