This summer, the Yamaguchi Dream Corridor invites thrill-seekers and families alike to participate in the next exciting edition of its treasure hunt event, Nanayume Adventure: The Story of the Crystal of Hope and Seven Towns. Starting on July 17, 2026, this engaging experience will span the beautiful locales of six cities within Yamaguchi Prefecture, as well as Tsuwano Town in Shimane Prefecture, promising fun for participants of all ages.

A Unique Adventure Awaits



In its second edition, the event comprises a total of 95 quests, where participants can utilize provided booklets and smartphones to discover and conquer various challenges. Building on the success of its inaugural event, which saw over 34,000 reports submitted, this year's adventure aims to strengthen local exploration and cooperation with tourist facilities, eateries, and transportation options, all while catering especially to families enjoying their summer vacations.

Five Exciting Quest Types



The Nanayume Adventure features five unique quest types that showcase the region's charm:
1. Treasure Hunt Quest: Gather clues and solve riddles to locate treasure chests!
2. Photography Quest: Capture stunning shots at designated spots!
3. Experience Quest: Participate in local experiences and snap pictures at designated venues!
4. Visit Quest: Send your location from various interesting spots!
5. Decoding Quest: Unravel mysteries by decrypting codes at your favorite locations!

Participants will embark on a memorable journey through Yamaguchi’s scenic landscape, uncovering local culture and attractions while engaging with the community's vibrant offerings. To make it easier for families, the event coincides with the summer break and includes special promotions such as the Kids Summer Pass and the Yamaguchi Central Pass, designed to provide economical exploration of the area.

The Yamaguchi Dream Corridor event aims to generate excitement and economic activity through real-world treasure hunting and riddles.
