Technos College Teams Up with F.C. Internazionale for Global Business Education Expansion

Strengthening Global Perspectives in Business Education

Technos College, known for its diverse educational programs, has significantly intensified its collaboration with F.C. Internazionale since 2012. This partnership centers on providing students with a profound understanding of the sports business via hands-on experiences, such as coaching practices at the Inter Academy Tokyo and overseas training trips focused on global sports business. Over the past decade, the partnership has not only supported but also challenged students to thrive in a competitive environment.

Evolution of Collaboration

The journey began in 2012 with the initiation of educational ties, followed by the establishment of the Inter Academy Japan in 2013. In 2024, the name will transition to Inter Academy Tokyo to better reflect its mission. The opening of the Technos College Tokyo Fuchu Ground in 2016 marked a significant milestone, allowing for a robust platform where students can engage with practical activities. By 2017, team activities were fully operational, emphasizing the commitment to experiential learning.

Previous Collaboration Programs

The initiatives up to this point have included:

- Coaching Practice: Engaging students with real-world coaching scenarios at Inter Academy Tokyo.
- Operational Staff Practices: Hands-on learning experiences for key staff roles.
- Training in Milan: A comprehensive program incorporating soccer and business education in Italy.

Future Plans

Looking ahead, the collaboration will expand to host joint soccer tournaments and business contests. Innovations will include online live lectures focusing on global business trends and insights into the marketing strategies employed by F.C. Internazionale, helping students to cultivate their information literacy.

Special Lectures: Insights from the Marketing Director

On October 13, 2025, a special lecture will be held, led by F.C. Internazionale's Marketing Director, focusing on branding and community engagement tactics employed on a global scale. Live examples showcasing the effective use of video and music for fan engagement will be a highlight. Notably, former player Andrea Ranocchia will address students, offering motivational guidance and encouragement to pursue their careers relentlessly.

Commemorative Ceremony

The same day will feature a commemorative ceremony held at the venerable Okunitama Shrine in Fuchu, Tokyo. This ceremony is designed to celebrate the decade-long collaboration between Technos College and F.C. Internazionale. It will reflect on past achievements while showcasing performances from successful graduates and presentations from current students majoring in sports business, fostering community connections and partnerships.

As the first project within the Inter Academy framework in 2013, the soccer school in Yoyogi has evolved into a comprehensive program with locations in Fuchu and Hachioji. Training across various age groups ensures a steady flow of talent into the world of sports.
