The beloved character Red King from the Ultraman series is back! Starting on December 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM, T-BASE Japan will be selling two versions of the Red King Sofubi: the normal color and the red color. This highly anticipated release comes from Toys King, based in Nagoya, Japan, and led by the talented Yusuke Yamamoto.

About Red King

Red King is a powerful monster residing on Tatarajima. Known for his incredible strength and rock-throwing abilities, he is one of the strongest kaiju on the island. During his fierce battle with Ultraman, he was ultimately defeated when he was thrown to the ground. This adds a captivating element to the lore of this iconic character.

About the Artist TOUMA

TOUMA is a seasoned character designer, having spent nearly a decade in the gaming industry. His career as a figure artist began in 2001, garnering recognition both domestically and internationally through exhibitions and signings in countries such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the USA. He has also been involved in various character products, showcasing his unique artistic vision. TOUMA stated, "Red King is among my top 10 favorite Ultraman monsters. Although I previously designed a version for Gashapon, with 15 years of experience, I felt confident in redesigning this iconic character for the Sofubi line. My vision keeps the low polygon aesthetic while embodying the TOUMA style."
