This strategic acquisition marks Pendo's fourth deal in the past 18 months and the third acquisition of an AI-native startup, reflecting their ongoing commitment to enhancing product teams with AI-driven solutions.
Chisel Labs, established by experienced executives in product management and startups, possesses deep expertise in the AI-driven product management domain. Their innovative PM agent significantly accelerates tasks such as creating Product Requirement Documents (PRD), managing release notes, conducting user research, and triaging user feedback, achieving results ten times faster than traditional methods.
By integrating Chisel's sophisticated AI technologies and engineering talents, Pendo aims to develop autonomous AI agents that streamline the complex, manual workflows that have previously bottlenecked product organizations. These advancements are crucial in the fast-paced world of software development, where product timelines are shrinking and market competition is rising.

The engineering team at Chisel, based in the vibrant technology hub of Pune, India, will play a pivotal role within Pendo's tenth global office in India. Pendo plans to significantly expand its engineering team in India, aiming to grow it to 50 members by the end of the year to support global clients and accelerate platform development.
