What is the OneCareer Job Hunting Review Awards?

Launched in 2019, the purpose of this award is to honor businesses that have been well-received by students, showcasing their earnest approach towards recruitment. From an extensive pool of approximately 50,000 companies listed on the OneCareer job support service, the awards identify those that have garnered notably high ratings from students regarding recruitment events such as internships, seminars, and final assessments.

This year, with the growth of user engagement leading to an increase in feedback submissions, the award introduced subdivisions for regional categories, including a new ranking specifically for feedback scores from science and engineering students, increasing to a total of nine rankings from five last year.

To ensure impartiality, the award winners were decided after thorough deliberation from an external review board that included industry experts.
