On June 21, 2025, Hotel Indigo Tokyo Shibuya will host a unique wine seminar lunch in collaboration with the celebrated Saint Marguerite Fantastic Rosé, renowned for its exceptional quality and crafted in the prestigious Côtes de Provence, France. This exclusive event, initiated to celebrate the intersection of wine, culture, and sensory experience, will take place at Gallery 11, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant located on the 11th floor.

This innovative seminar will be guided by the brand ambassador from Pernod Ricard Japan, Christopher Chevillard, who will lead participants through a compelling exploration of wine tasting that engages all five senses. Guests will have the opportunity to touch and smell aromatic stones, cotton, and other terroir-derived scents, while savoring the delightful characteristics of Saint Marguerite Fantastic Rosé. This hands-on approach promises to elevate the wine-tasting experience and provide guests with a deeper connection to the wine’s origins and flavors.

Before the wine touches their lips, attendees will enhance their sensory reception by interacting with the scent and materials associated with the wine. This avant-garde approach, gradually embraced in France, is a first for this format at a hotel event in Japan, promising a unique afternoon of indulgence in culinary arts and culture.

Furthermore, Executive Chef Davide Di Dio of Gallery 11, a talented Italian chef originally from Naples, will curate a specially designed pairing lunch that enhances the Saint Marguerite Fantastic Rosé. Set in a beautifully artistic and sophisticated ambiance, guests will enjoy the intersection of fine cuisine and creative expression that Gallery 11 exemplifies.
