Founded in 2003, ProConseils Solutions has carved a niche for itself in the insurance brokerage field through its tailored approach and commitment to client satisfaction. With a workforce of nearly 25 professionals operating from three offices in the Vaud canton, ProConseils Solutions services approximately 1,500 businesses, 150 local authorities, and 30 healthcare establishments. Such a substantial client base underscores the firm's reputation and established presence in the region.

This acquisition is a key component of Verlingue's 'Better Future 28' plan, which seeks to solidify its European presence by collaborating with local partners that share a common vision.
