On November 1st, 2025, Hiroshima Construction Co., Ltd. will proudly launch the Tokyo Noie Nishiarai Exhibition Hall located within the Nishiarai Housing Park. This marks the fourth model house in the Tokyo area, following the successful launches of sites in Kinshicho, Edogawa, and Kapei. Designed to cater to the sophisticated urban lifestyle of Tokyo residents, this three-story wooden fireproof model house offers a glimpse into diverse residential options suited for narrow spaces and mixed-use residential buildings.

Highlights of the Model House

The exhibition hall embodies a natural taste aesthetic, creatively integrating distinctive styles on each floor, allowing visitors to experience various lifestyles.

1st Floor: +Coz (A Soft Space for Heart and Body)

The ground level features a layout designed for a mixed-use residential and commercial space, integrating approximately 15-tatami mats of Scandinavian-style cafe space. The harmony between the terrace and the herringbone flooring creates a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for relaxation and casual gatherings.

2nd Floor: +Lux (Luxury for the Senses)

On the second level, visitors will discover a spacious approximately 23-tatami mat LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen) designed with an island kitchen that fosters an open and airy feel. The incorporation of indirect lighting and warm wooden and tile accents enhances the luxurious ambiance. This floor also includes practical areas such as a pantry, sanitaries, and a sunroom, demonstrating an efficient living flow for daily chores.

3rd Floor: +Ele (Elegance and Abundance)

The top floor showcases a sophisticated and elegant space, characterized by oak-colored flooring and textured tiles that enhance its refined character. The kitchen is designed to resemble an art piece, while the balcony seamlessly connects to the living space, providing an excellent outdoor area. The stone wall tiles add a strong presence to this elegant setting.
