This special event promises to thrill seafood lovers with a wide selection of premium tuna dishes available at an attractive price of just 110 yen each (including tax).

The festival will showcase two featured dishes: the rich and flavorful Minami Tuna Akami (red meat) and the delectable Large Cut Bincho Hamachi (fatty tuna). Each piece of sushi is carefully crafted to deliver a taste sensation that highlights the natural flavors of the fish. Kappa Sushi is also presenting a tasting platter of squid and octopus called Three Types of Ika Tako Sampling, as well as a marinated Minami Tuna Akami and the melt-in-your-mouth Minami Tuna O-toro.

One of the highlights of this festival is the unique Red Vinegar Rice developed by Kappa Sushi. This special sushi rice is made using a carefully fermented rice koji, delivering a balance of acidity and richness that enhances the inherent flavors of the tuna and other fresh seafood.
