Kathy Klapacz Takes the Helm as Oddball's New COO

Kathy Klapacz comes to Oddball with two decades of executive leadership experience, encompassing a broad spectrum of roles in both defense and civilian health agencies. Her past positions include vital roles at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Defense Health Agency (DHA). With her extensive background, she possesses a profound understanding of operational strategy, transformation of technology, and the delivery of critical solutions. 

Throughout her career, Kathy has managed complex federal portfolios valued at over $100 million, and has led teams of more than 400 personnel. Her track record speaks volumes, showcasing her ability to spearhead large-scale technology modernization initiatives and cloud transformation efforts. Her operational expertise is set to play a pivotal role in enhancing delivery performance for Oddball's diverse portfolio.

Kathy Klapacz holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. She is also certified in project management, Scrum, and IT service management, showcasing her dedication to continued professional growth.
