The collaboration features Chuo Nippon Toshi Kenbutsu Co., Ltd., led by President Kiyoshi Miyake, and Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd., under the leadership of President Masahiro Miwa. The official partnership was solidified during the general assembly of the preparation association held in May 2025, and recently they signed a basic agreement on project cooperation.

The main objective of this urban redevelopment is to create a vibrant and appealing new atmosphere in Takadanobaba. By enhancing urban safety and comfort, the project aims to develop public facilities that meet modern standards and address the area's pressing issues.
