Agora Hospitality has launched an innovative application called AGORA, aimed at elevating the guest experience before, during, and after their stay. Starting April 1, 2026, this app introduces a seamless loyalty program that connects guests to three key hotels in Osaka: Hotel Agora Regency Sakai, Hotel Agora Moriguchi, and Dorset by Agora Sakai. This initiative is designed to provide a unified customer experience through various touchpoints, enabling guests to collect miles for hotel stays, dining, and campaign participation.
New Mile Service Features
The AGORA app's mile service allows guests to earn miles not only through traditional booking channels but also by engaging with the hotel’s facilities. Points can be accrued through activities such as dining at restaurants or participating in hotel campaigns, with miles redeemable for rewards and coupons.
Agora Hospitality has enhanced its loyalty program to include activities such as participation, referrals, and on-site utilization, offering multiple ways for guests to earn miles. The program aims to provide a consistent experience from pre-arrival to post-stay.
Expanded Member Benefits
In conjunction with the launch of the new mile service, a variety of limited-time promotional offers will be available. New members who register during the promotional period will receive a ¥500 coupon for use at hotel restaurants and an immediate reward of 10 miles. Notably, a special campaign offering double miles when dining at participating Chinese restaurants is also included, enhancing the value for members.
Exclusive Launch Promotions
To celebrate the rollout of the AGORA app, Agora Hospitality is introducing several enticing promotional activities:
- - Scratch Campaign (April 1-10, 2026): Participate in the AGORA app's scratch-off event to earn 3 additional miles.
- - Referral Campaign (April 1-30, 2026): Guests can earn rewards through friend referrals. Referrers will receive 10 miles, while new members will gain both an immediate 10 miles and an additional 10 miles for the referral, totaling up to 20 miles.
- - Dining Double Miles (April 1-30, 2026): Guests dining at either Chinese cuisine restaurant, Ryuhou at Hotel Agora Regency Sakai or Reika at Hotel Agora Moriguchi, can earn double miles during this period.
