Meet the Speaker

Jiro Sugiura is the president of Mosaic Work Co., Ltd. He previously served as the head of human resources at Sanko Seika Co., Ltd. until September 2015. He founded Mosaic Work in April 2016 while employed at Yahoo! Japan. His consultancy specializes in comprehensive organizational and HR support, including recruitment and performance evaluation system development. He is also involved in solving regional issues in partnership with local government and chambers of commerce, delivering lectures at universities and hosting recruitment seminars for HR managers. Sugiura is a lecturer for Keio MCC's “Recruitment Professional Training Course,” and serves as an official club partner for the professional soccer team Albirex Niigata and the professional basketball team Niigata Albirex BB.
