Karada Factory's Sports Exchange Event in Nagoya

On November 12, 2025, Karada Factory, part of Factory Japan Group, held a sports exchange event at a public gymnasium in Nagoya, aimed at fostering teamwork among its employees. Over 330 locations of the Karada Factory operate both domestically and internationally, and this event involving 18 staff members served as an opportunity to solidify bonds and camaraderie.

The staff attendees were divided into two teams, with one team composed of new employees and the other team consisting of executive and supporting staff, including salon leaders and managers. The event featured five sports activities that challenged the participants in both physical strength and strategic thinking.

Special Guests

Notable guests included Ryota Fukamura and Yamato Matsuoka, current rugby players from the Toyota Industries Shuttles Aichi, which added an exciting element to the activities. Many participants were familiar with various sports, but rugby was a new experience for some.
