WORLD FIT RUN: A New Approach to Well-being

On October 19, 2025, the bustling streets of Omotesando took on a new energy as the "WORLD FIT RUN" kicked off, hosted by World Fit Inc., based in Shibuya, Tokyo. This event invited participants to run a refreshing 3km route from the tranquil surroundings of Omotesando to the scenic Yoyogi Park. With 20 enthusiastic runners joining in, the event was a celebration of fitness, community, and the joy of movement amidst the beautiful autumn weather.

A Unique Way to Connect

the essence of the event was captured in its motto: “Connecting through running.” The WORLD FIT RUN was designed to cultivate a culture of enjoying challenges while promoting well-being. This community-oriented running event attracted individuals of all levels, including those new to jogging, making it accessible and inviting. The relaxed pace allowed participants to delve into conversations, forging connections as they ran through the city.

Once the race concluded, participants gathered at the CRONOS Omotesando store to enjoy special activities. Each newcomer was treated to an exclusive CRONOS original t-shirt, a token of appreciation that underscored the community spirit of the day. Participants echoed their enjoyment, with many remarking: “Starting the day with physical activity lifts my spirits!” and “It was easy to join because it was just a light 3km run.”

What is WORLD FIT RUN?

The WORLD FIT RUN is organized by World Fit, which encompasses several fitness brands, including the athleisure apparel line CRONOS, the personal training gym BEYOND, the women-only Pilates studio Pilates KASANE, and the dark boxing studio b-monster. The initiative aims to introduce a well-being lifestyle through running. Previous events such as "CRONOS RUN Omotesando," "lululemon Aoyama Special Run Event," and "b-run station@Ebisu Studio" have all seen participation between 10 to 30 individuals, all aimed at making fitness an enjoyable and regular part of urban life.
