Her most recent position was as Head of Enterprise Sales at Utica National Insurance Company, where she successfully increased premiums from $1.5 billion to over $1.9 billion in less than three years. Prior to that, she made her mark as the National Sales Leader at Renaissance Alliance, where she spearheaded a nationwide expansion that resulted in an increase in written premium from around $550 million to over $1.3 billion.

Ross's background includes founding Ivy Ladder, a company focusing on sales consulting and career coaching, as well as holding leadership roles at The Hartford and Brown & Brown's Detroit Division. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Michigan State University and has earned recognitions such as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
