Erwan Le Duff Takes the Helm as CEO of European Digital Services Group SQLI
SQLI Welcomes New CEO: Erwan Le Duff
In a pivotal move for its strategic growth, SQLI, a renowned European digital services group, has announced the appointment of Erwan Le Duff as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2025. This announcement comes as the company transitions into a new phase following the tenure of Philippe Donche-Gay, who has been at the helm since September 2020.
Transition of Leadership
Erwan Le Duff's appointment signals a significant evolution within SQLI. Philippe Donche-Gay will continue with the company as Chairman of the Board, providing guidance based on his extensive experience, particularly in navigating SQLI through the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Under Donche-Gay’s leadership, SQLI has achieved impressive improvements in its financial standings and aligned its performance with prevailing market trends.
Philippe Donche-Gay expressed confidence in Le Duff, stating, "After four years of successful leadership, I’m proud of SQLI's advancements in the digital transformation landscape. I believe Erwan possesses the vision and expertise needed to steer the company toward new achievements."
A Visionary Leader
Before joining SQLI as Chief Operating Officer just last September, Le Duff accumulated a wealth of experience in the tech industry. He had been leading Odigo, a company specializing in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions since 2015. Additionally, his notable career at Capgemini saw him take on various strategic roles within the Telecommunications sector, culminating in his appointment as CEO in 2011.
In his new role, Le Duff aims to enhance SQLI's dedication to its employees, partners, and customers while solidifying its standing in critical areas such as customer experience, composable commerce, artificial intelligence, and data management.
Le Duff's Commitment
In his inaugural statement as CEO, Le Duff expressed his gratitude and determination to lead SQLI. "I’m honored to be appointed as CEO of SQLI. It’s a privilege to work alongside our talented teams, partners, and customers. Together, we will innovate and tackle sector challenges head-on, reinforcing our status as a pivotal player in the digital services arena," he remarked.
