Held enters Conagra with a wealth of corporate experience spanning over 25 years in fields such as corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and organizational transformation. Her most recent position was Chief Human Resource Officer at The Simply Good Foods Company, where she played a crucial role in advising the CEO and Board on various executive issues, including succession planning and governance.
Prior to her tenure at Simply Good Foods, she spent over a decade at The J.M. Smucker Company, where she rose through the ranks to become Chief Transformation Officer. During her time there, she was instrumental in aligning the organization with its strategic goals and improving its overall performance.
