Ardagh Metal Packaging-Europe (AMP-Europe), a prominent player in sustainable metal beverage can packaging, has unveiled the second phase of its comprehensive safety transformation initiative in collaboration with dss+, a respected global operational consultancy specializing in high-risk industries. This phase follows a thorough safety evaluation conducted across AMP-Europe’s twelve sites throughout Europe and incorporates positive feedback from a pilot program executed in one of their factories in 2024.

The partnership with dss+ highlights AMP-Europe’s dedication to enhancing workplace safety through a structured transformation program, aimed at fostering a long-lasting culture of safety at every tier of the organization. The focus of the program revolves around four pivotal domains:

1. Safety Leadership: Enhancing leadership capabilities to promote consistent and visible safety behaviors.
2. Employee Awareness and Engagement in Risk Management: Empowering employees to proactively identify and manage risks.

Over the next eighteen months, the safety transformation program will be executed in three phases across AMP-Europe's operations.
