However, as life evolves, participation in such events has declined, especially among residents of rental properties who may not engage with local community activities. To counter this, Choei has created modern interpretations of these traditions, such as the Bellevie Summer Festival and now, the Bellevie Autumn Festival.

The Autumn Festival celebrates gratitude for the harvest and aims to bring people together. Historically, these festivals have served as vital gatherings to share joy and deepen community bonds.
