Exciting New Water Play Attraction 'Alke' Unveiled in Nerima Castle Ruins Park
The summer heat will soon be alleviated by a new limited-time water play attraction, 'Alke,' introduced by Kotobuki Co., Ltd., which will be available at Nerima Castle Ruins Park in Tokyo from August 21 to September 15, 2025.
Experience Water Play Like Never Before
'Alke' promises a unique experience for children, allowing them to engage in exciting water play through multiple devices designed to keep them cool on hot summer days. Beyond these hot months, the attraction can easily transition into a landscape play equipment by removing attachments, providing versatility all year round. While this initial installation is a prototype showcase, the full product release is already on the calendar for May 2026.
Images representing the prototype and examples of the fun activities available will be shared closer to the date, although modifications to the plans may occur without prior notice.
A Return to Natural Play Spaces
In today’s urban landscapes, opportunities for children to roam free in wild nature have become scarce, turning such experiences into extraordinary events. Thus, the creation of 'Alke' is rooted in the desire to enable children to enjoy the simple pleasures of play reminiscent of the old days, even in the hustle and bustle of the city. This water play structure not only prioritizes engaging outdoor experiences but is also designed for ease of installation and maintenance.
