Blue Stripes and Nick DiGiovanni Achieve World Record with Giant Chocolate Bar

Blue Stripes and Nick DiGiovanni Create a Chocolate Record

In a spectacular display of creativity and purpose, Blue Stripes, a leading name in sustainable chocolate, in collaboration with celebrity chef Nick DiGiovanni, has achieved the remarkable feat of breaking the Guinness World Record for the largest chocolate bar ever made. This impressive creation measures an astonishing 416 square meters, eclipsing the previous record of 383.24 square meters, which was set in the Netherlands in 2020. The monumental chocolate bar was unveiled in Ecuador, a country renowned for its cacao heritage.

The Record-breaking Process

To accomplish this ambitious project, the team dedicated 12 hours to assemble the bar. They meticulously connected chocolate squares, each measuring 20cm x 25cm, utilizing melted chocolate as an edible adhesive. This innovative approach not only reflects Blue Stripes’ commitment to sustainability but also emphasizes the importance of using cacao in its entirety, addressing the pressing issues within the cacao industry.
