OneStream Unveils Leadership Changes to Enhance AI Strategy and Growth

OneStream Announces Leadership Updates

OneStream, Inc. (Nasdaq: OS), a prominent player in enterprise finance management, has recently made strategic updates to its leadership team, ensuring alignment with its ambitious growth and AI initiative goals. This substantial organizational shift, which includes a transition in the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role and the introduction of new executive positions, sets the stage for OneStream to further its market expansion.

Key Leadership Changes

Effective December 31, 2025, Bill Koefoed, currently serving as CFO, will step down. The company has tapped John Kinzer, who has a long-standing relationship with OneStream as a board member, to step in as Interim CFO starting January 1, 2026. Kinzer, who is familiar with OneStream's financial landscape thanks to his role as Chair of the Board's Audit Committee since 2020, will assist in finding Koefoed's permanent successor while maintaining his position on the Board.

"Bill's leadership over the past six years has been invaluable. He has played a pivotal role in navigating OneStream through public market transitions and executing our strategic objectives," stated Tom Shea, OneStream's CEO. The ongoing transition aims to ensure a seamless process while continuing to provide strategic insights crucial for OneStream's success.

New Role for Scott Leshinski

In connection with these changes, Scott Leshinski has been promoted from Executive Vice President of AI Operational Analytics to President of OneStream, also effective January 1, 2026. Leshinski's leadership in the AI division has been critical in establishing OneStream as a market leader in AI solutions designed specifically for finance teams. With a remarkable growth rate of 60% in AI bookings reported in the first three quarters of 2025, Leshinski's role is pivotal in capitalizing on the growing demand among finance leaders, who are increasingly looking to enhance their AI investments.

Moreover, Leshinski expressed his excitement about the new role: "AI is now at the core of nearly everything we do. I’m eager to build upon the momentum we’re experiencing with our portfolio and to democratize access to our AI-powered finance solutions for a broader audience."

Creation of Chief Accounting Officer Position

Pam McIntyre, currently Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, will transition into the newly established role of Chief Accounting Officer, effective January 1, 2026. McIntyre's extensive experience in financial operations and reporting will be crucial as OneStream continues to innovate its services and adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of the SaaS landscape. Her responsibilities will include overseeing everything from financial reporting to regulatory compliance.

Focus on AI and Growth

As OneStream embarks on this new chapter, the strategic shift highlights an overarching focus on leveraging AI technology in finance management. Industry data supports this transition, showing that nearly 25% of CFOs anticipate increasing their AI-related budgets significantly over the coming year. With an enhanced leadership structure, OneStream is well-positioned to harness this growth potential and expand its influence in the financial services sector.

Tom Shea commented on these developments, stating, "Our team's rich experience provides a strong foundation for meeting the needs of finance professionals worldwide. The leadership enhancements will enable us to unlock significant value, further establishing OneStream as the go-to provider for AI solutions in finance management."

By unifying financial and operational data while embedding advanced AI functionalities, OneStream continues to modernize the CFO's office, ensuring finance teams can both report on past performance and strategically drive business growth well into the future. With a significant customer base that includes 18% of the Fortune 500, OneStream's aim now is to play a critical role in shaping the future landscape of finance through innovative technology solutions.
