Urban Outfitters Unveils On Rotation Collaboration with Levi's® for Gen Z

Urban Outfitters has proudly unveiled the second season of its innovative retail concept, On Rotation, which centers on the vibrant tastes of Generation Z. The latest iteration features a collaboration with the iconic denim brand, Levi's®, creating an immersive fashion experience that connects the beloved vintage denim aesthetic with modern self-expression. The On Rotation Levi's® collection is available both online and in select Urban Outfitters locations across the country from August 22 to September 30.

This partnership leverages Urban Outfitters’ strategic approach to experiential retail, turning stores into inspiration hubs filled with the latest fashion trends and cultural motifs. Imagine a lively atmosphere akin to a vintage flea market where customers can explore a unique selection that includes notable Levi's® styles such as the 501® 90s, 501® Curve, Baggy Dad, Super Baggy Barrel, and Low Loose for women. Men’s offerings include the 578™ Baggy and 568™ Loose Straight jeans.

In addition to new styles, the collection also boasts carefully curated vintage pieces, featuring high-demand paper tag jeans and jackets handpicked by both Levi's® and Urban Outfitters’ Vintage ReMade teams. Cyntia Leo, Head of Brand Marketing at Urban Outfitters, stated, “Our On Rotation installation with Levi's takes our foundational theme of discovery to new heights, creating a space that is unmistakably Urban Outfitters and a unique destination for our community.”

To celebrate this launch, a flagship event is scheduled for Austin, Texas on August 23. This lively occasion will transform the store and its courtyard into a bustling denim market replete with Levi's® Tailor Shop customization, local vintage vendor pop-ups, live street performances, and delicious bites from popular local eateries. Later, similar customized experiences will unfold in Walnut Creek, Las Vegas, New York City’s Broadway, and Miami Beach, ensuring each venue offers a distinct local flavor while embracing community-driven storytelling and activations.

Levi's On Rotation encapsulates this perfectly.” Whether there's a demand for classic 501s or rare archival styles, the collection aims to dazzle with a spectrum of denim choices, thoughtfully curated through Urban Outfitters’ unique aesthetic perspective.

The On Rotation concept, which debuted in May 2025 with a collaboration with Nike, serves to deliver what today’s savvy consumer craves: engaging, memorable shopping experiences that are rooted in discovery.
