JA Zennoh Sponsors 2023 All Japan Table Tennis Championships

The highly anticipated All Japan Table Tennis Championships, which took place from January 20 to January 25 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, saw JA Zennoh playing a pivotal role as a sponsor. The event showcased the best talents in both the general and junior categories, culminating in thrilling matches that crowned the champions of the men's and women's singles.

On January 25, during the finals, the men's champion was Kaito Matsushima from the Kinoshita Group, who successfully claimed his second consecutive title. In the women's division, Miwa Harimoto, also representing the Kinoshita Group, celebrated her first championship victory, achieving a remarkable double by also winning in the junior category.

JA Zennoh extended its congratulations by presenting each champion with a substantial prize package. This included 30 kg of premium Japanese Wagyu beef and meal vouchers for their direct-owned restaurants under the Minori Minoru brand. The awards were graciously handed over by the chairman of JA Zennoh, Yoshifumi Kuwata, who shared smiles and a photo opportunity with the victors.

Promoting Domestic Agricultural Products

To engage the community and spotlight the importance of domestic agricultural products, JA Zennoh hosted the “Shittoku!” Lottery event on January 24 and 25. This initiative took place at the JA Zennoh booth within the event area and provided attendees with a lottery draw featuring prizes such as JA rice, pre-cooked vegetables, and JA mayonnaise. Each participant received a racket-shaped card loaded with interesting trivia about the prizes they won, ensuring the learning experience was just as delightful as the winnings themselves.
