HireRoo Launches Beta Version of Skill Assurance Recruitment
In a significant step forward for Japan's manufacturing sector, HireRoo, a Tokyo-based company led by CEO Kosuke Katsuoka, has launched the beta version of its skill assurance recruitment platform. With the mission to reaffirm Japan’s status as a leader in manufacturing, the firm has successfully raised approximately 2.2 billion yen as part of its Series A funding round, bringing the total fundraising amount to about 5.3 billion yen.

Compared to previous fundraising rounds, the company has achieved remarkable growth, with revenue growth hitting tenfold quarter-over-quarter since its pre-Series A fundraise in 2022.
Milestones Post-Fundraising
With new funding in place, HireRoo is set to evolve from merely a coding examination provider to a comprehensive engineering organizational platform. In 2025, the company aims to enhance its market share in coding assessments while also focusing on the launch of its mass hiring initiative, scheduled for a formal release in September 2025. Jobs in both these areas will receive equal investment from the newly acquired funds.
By 2026, HireRoo plans to release an internal talent evaluation solution, successfully aligning its three core products: recruitment, assessment, and development. In a bid to foster a culture of
