Le Jour Merveilleux

The star of this year's selection is undoubtedly Le Jour Merveilleux, a breathtaking dessert that embodies the spirit of Christmas night. Measuring 16 cm in diameter and standing 15 cm tall, this cake is a feast for the eyes and palate alike. Priced at 16,200 yen and limited to only ten units, this cake features a delicate layering of vanilla mousse, fluffy cheesecake, and rhubarb jam, all crafted into a charlotte-style cake.

To adorn this masterpiece, pastry chefs have created mini cakes that represent the warm sentiments of red roses and festive ornaments. Each mini cake presents unique flavor profiles, including fromage blanc with pear, chocolate with citrus, and strawberry with pistachio, inviting guests to explore a medley of tastes. Atop the cake's snowy white tree, a light meringue conceals a hidden chestnut mont blanc from Japan, adding an elegant surprise.

Matelassé Fraise

Joining the festive lineup is the beloved Matelassé Fraise, a perennial favorite during the Christmas season. Measuring 9 cm by 14.5 cm and 6 cm in height, this cake is beautifully constructed with layers of fresh strawberries and raspberry mousse, all sandwiched between pink strawberry madeleine layers. Its charming presentation makes it a delightful addition to any festive table and ensures it will appeal to guests of all ages. Priced at 6,100 yen, it’s a must-have for strawberry lovers.

Charmant Jaune

Rounding out the collection is the new Charmant Jaune, a delectable creation priced at 5,400 yen. This cake boasts a luscious blend of high-quality bergamot crème brûlée from Kochi Prefecture, nestled between rich chocolate mousse and refreshing mandarin purée. The topping features colorful macarons arranged to resemble a Christmas wreath, adding a playful and festive touch.
