Key Features of PropoCloud
Under Japanese law, real estate agents are required to report the status of their activities to clients at specific intervals, depending on the type of contract. For exclusive agency contracts, reports must be provided at least once every two weeks, while exclusive exclusive agency contracts require a weekly update.
