Beisia Foods Park Higashimurayama Store Grand Opening
On May 20, Beisia Co., Ltd. officially opened its new location, Beisia Foods Park in Higashimurayama, Tokyo, marking its second store in the metropolitan area in 12 years, since the opening of the Ome Interchange Store in 2014. This venture aims to enhance the shopping experience for the local residents by providing a unique food theme park atmosphere, catering to their diverse needs.
Store Highlights and Offerings
Located in the northwest region of the Tama area, Higashimurayama is known for producing sweet potatoes and pears, and boasts convenient access to the city, alongside a rich natural environment. Beisia is dedicated to serving a wide demographic, from families to seniors, by offering an extensive range of day-to-day essentials.
Fresh Food Section
In the fresh produce section, shoppers will find a wide selection of premium organic vegetables along with seasonal fruits, creating a vibrant shopping atmosphere. The seafood department aims to enhance its offerings with fresh sushi, fish dishes, and a variety of new products focused on convenience for quick meals. The meat section emphasizes local beef, showcased by Beisia's original brand "Toro Gyuu," and introduces a new BBQ specialty area from the Shin-Sayama Store, featuring products suitable for grilling and microwave cooking.
Notably, the deli section is set to impress with its signature "Koumi Soy Sauce Fried Chicken" and a diverse range of the BBB (Beisia Big Bento), combining volume and cost-effectiveness. A highlight includes the "Higashimurayama Black Yakisoba," made with a popular local sauce and exclusively available at this location.
Grocery Items
The grocery section features an extensive assortment of condiments and sauces, like the regionally popular "Paulstar" sauce, designed to complement fresh foods. Additionally, the segment will include well-known local sweet shops like "Tokyo Meika Hiyoko," catering to customers seeking gifts or treats. An alcohol section is also included, featuring bundled imported wine options to meet the demand for at-home dining.
To enhance convenience even further, the frozen section boasts a variety of pasta and meal solutions, including one-plate dishes and healthy options for young children and health-conscious consumers.
Online Shopping Convenience with Beisia Net Super
The new store will also introduce the Beisia Net Super service, allowing customers to order items through their smartphone or computer for pickup at the store. This service, which will launch on May 30, will enable customers to bypass registers, receiving their orders at a dedicated service counter, thus saving shopping time. Deliveries from this service will begin on June 2.
Grand Opening Character Greeting Events
To celebrate the opening, Beisia Foods Park will host a series of character greeting events featuring local and company mascots, scheduled through various dates in June. Noteworthy guests include the official character of Higashimurayama City, "Higasshi," and Beisia's own mascot, "Bay-B."
Beisia's Philosophy and Future Plans
Beisia’s philosophy, “For the Customers,” underlines their commitment to providing quality products at affordable prices. They aim to deliver the freshest goods in optimal conditions, allowing customers to relish the experiences tied to food. The concept of “Foods Park” reflects this aspiration, representing a tranquil space for the community.
