ALKEME Insurance Expands National Presence with Eight Key Agency Acquisitions

ALKEME Insurance Broadens Its National Footprint

In a strategic move aimed at expanding its operations, ALKEME Insurance, one of the nation’s top 25 insurance brokerages, has announced the acquisition of eight agencies throughout the second quarter of 2026. This initiative not only reinforces ALKEME’s national presence but also enhances its capabilities across various insurance sectors. The newly acquired agencies are located in several states including New Jersey, Arizona, Georgia, Texas, New York, Colorado, and California, marking a significant growth spurt for the company in a variety of local markets.

Enhancing Service Offerings

Each agency brings a unique set of specialties to ALKEME, allowing the brokerage to enhance its commercial, personal lines, Medicare benefits, and environmental expertise. The move is in line with ALKEME's long-term strategy of partnering with established and recognized agencies that are culturally aligned and committed to their clients. Curtis Barton, CEO of ALKEME Insurance, emphasized, "The agencies we choose to partner with are a direct reflection of who we are as a company. We don’t pursue growth for its own sake—we look for agencies that strengthen our entire network."

The acquisitions include diverse agencies such as:
1. LG Insurance from Long Branch, New Jersey, specializing in the high-value residential and hospitality sectors.
2. Blue Lion Insurance in Chandler, Arizona, which focuses on a high-touch service model for a diverse client base, including contractors and businesses in need of specialized coverage.
3. Top Floor Insurance in Atlanta, Georgia, providing dedicated services for commercial property owners, particularly in the apartment sector.
4. Affordable Medicare Solutions, also in Georgia, enhancing ALKEME's Medicare product range.
5. Stonebriar Insurance in Dallas, Texas, which offers comprehensive coverage options across personal and commercial lines.
6. Virtue Risk Partners, based in Pearl River, New York, providing specialized underwriting and risk management services across the nation.
7. LF Insurance Group from Golden, Colorado, known for its strong presence in the Denver market.
8. Blue Sky Insurance from Simi Valley, California, with a focus on personalized insurance solutions for individuals and businesses in Southern California.

Looking Ahead

The integration of these eight agencies is set to empower ALKEME to deliver integrated insurance solutions across various industries and client segments. The collaborations will not only enhance the range of services provided but will also deepen ALKEME’s ability to cater to clients in key regional hubs throughout the country.

Josh Berg, Co-Owner of Blue Lion Insurance, stated, "Partnering with ALKEME provides us with access to resources and a national network that significantly strengthens our service offerings while allowing us to maintain our commitment to existing clients." This sentiment underscores the shared vision among the newer agencies and ALKEME, focusing on performance without sacrificing personalized service.

As ALKEME Insurance aims to continue its trajectory of growth, the focus remains on acquiring agencies that not only excel in their markets but also align with ALKEME’s broader mission.
