Collaboration with Miyako Airport Terminal

From July 20, Resta will introduce new menu items at its restaurant The Kitchen, featuring dishes inspired by the flavors of Miyako Island. Guests can enjoy:

• - Okinawa Dandan Noodles for 1,450 yen (tax included)
• - Marinated Tuna & Mozuku Don for 1,600 yen (tax included)

Miyako Airport Terminal, which opened in 2019, boasts a design that invites natural light and gives guests a taste of the exotic resort feel of Okinawa. The collaboration menu showcases dishes that use local ingredients enriched with traditional flavors.

Umaso Collaboration

Additionally, guests can explore dishes incorporating Umaso, a nutritious seaweed cultivated using Awamori sake lees. Umaso is known for its rich umami taste and high levels of DHA and GABA. Enjoy:

• - Umaso Okinawa Yakisoba for 1,450 yen (tax included)
• - Umaso Fried Chicken with Shikwasa Ponzu for 1,050 yen (standalone) or 1,980 yen (set with rice and miso soup)

Ryukyu Bingata Art Exhibition
