Introduction
The excitement is mounting in Japan as
PARCO Co. prepares to launch its inaugural live event,
Scaffold #1. This series of concerts will take place across three captivating venues:
Kyoto,

Tokyo.
Event Highlights
This fresh initiative stems from ongoing dialogues between visionary artists

Eiko Ishibashi, who are keen to share extraordinary musical experiences with audiences. Characterized by a vibrant, relaxed atmosphere typical of live venues, Scaffold #1 aims to celebrate the freedom and creativity of music.
Special Guest
The first edition features the renowned guitarist and experimental musician
Rafael Toral. His recent album,
Spectral Evolution, released under Jim’s label
Moikai, showcases his innovative approach to ambient and drone music. Critics have hailed it as one of the best albums worldwide released last year, a testament to Toral’s influential soundscape that blends guitar with electronic elements.

Joining Toral on stage will be
Jim O'Rourke, an accomplished musician born in Chicago, who has played key roles in prominent groups like
Sonic Youth and produced acclaimed works such as
Wilco's A Ghost Is Born, for which he won a
