On September 25, 2025, Kaneko Hannosuke, known for its delicious edomae tempura and sushi, will be opening its latest takeout location on the B2 floor of the Seibu Ikebukuro store. Owned by Oisys and part of a group that includes popular establishments like Tsujita and Tanaka Soba, this new outlet will be the 17th store in Japan, showcasing a variety of Japanese culinary delights.

A Grand Opening with Exclusive Dishes

To celebrate the grand opening, the store will feature an exclusive dish: the Braised Conger Eel and Shrimp Tempura Box. Limited to just 20 servings per day, it combines succulent shrimp with tender, braised conger eel, perfectly complemented by a secret sauce. This exquisite treat is priced at ¥2,160 (including tax) and will be available from September 25 to October 9, 2025.
