AUGER ART ACTION 'Mizuno Great Universe Exhibition' to Take Place in July 2025

Experience Art Like Never Before at the Mizuno Great Universe Exhibition

The prestigious grooming tool brand AUGER, launched by the global blade manufacturer Kai Group, is set to host a stunning collaborative event with COSMIC LAB, titled "AUGER ART ACTION 'Mizuno Great Universe Exhibition'" from July 2-5, 2025. This exhibition marks the culmination of activities at the legendary Mizuno Universe building, a site rich with 70 years of vivacious history.

Since its emergence in 2008, AUGER has continuously focused on enhancing daily living through innovative grooming tools that ensure a pleasant and organized lifestyle. The collaboration with COSMIC LAB celebrates the time-honored legacy of the Mizuno Universe building, renowned for its eclectic cultural endeavors over two decades. This exciting exhibition promises to highlight not only the building's significance but also the artistic vision that AUGER embodies.

An Artistic Journey Through a Historic Space

The art exhibition will transform the Mizuno Universe building itself into an artistic installation, showcasing its historical influence over the years. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to explore various displays, including archival material from the Grand Cabaret era, featuring open reel audio sources and historical documents that narrate the building's legacy.

Additionally, renowned Japanese artist duo DOPPEL (BAKIBAKI / MON) will unveil a stunning mural on the outer wall of the Mizuno Universe, a project inspired by the building's atmosphere. This collaboration is set to enhance the aesthetic dimension of the event, bridging the gap between history and contemporary art.

Coinciding with the exhibition, a special premium tour of the backstage area of Mizuno Universe will offer a rare glimpse into the building's inner workings and history, led by COSMIC LAB's director, Takarakan. This tour, available from July 2-4, will be the first and last opportunity for the general public to indulge in the backstage experience. Each tour will feature exclusive talks and access to invaluable materials that have not been available publicly.
