FM Sets New Record with US$1.5 Billion Membership Credit for Policyholders

FM's Record-Breaking Membership Credit Announced

FM, a prominent commercial property insurance provider, has unveiled a staggering membership credit of approximately US$1.5 billion for eligible mutual policyholders. This announcement marks the highest membership credit in the company's history and emphasizes a successful year characterized by strategic partnerships and a strong focus on loss prevention.

A Reflection on Last Year

The 2025 fiscal year showcased FM's commitment to risk mitigation. The firm collaborated with its clients to implement over 48,000 specific loss prevention recommendations, collectively managing to reduce the potential loss exposure associated with property risks by an impressive US$1 trillion. Such noteworthy accomplishments have provided a solid foundation for the latest membership credit.

In this year's allocation, FM introduces a one-time 5% enhancement added to the membership credit, further benefiting eligible clients. The total declared FM policyholder credits for 2026 now amount to US$2.3 billion, equating to more than 100% of FM's underwriting profit from 2025.

According to Malcolm Roberts, FM’s Chairman and CEO, this record credit underscores the robust partnerships established with clients.
