Introduction
On June 30, 2026, the newly constructed rental complex,
RETERRACE MINAMISENJU SOUTH, was completed in the
Taito Ward of Tokyo. Developed by
List Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of
List Co., this project aims to cater to the growing demand for rental residences in the vibrant area of Minamisenju.
Background of Development
The RETERRACE MINAMISENJU SOUTH is strategically situated in Taito's kiyokawa 2-chome neighborhood, which is characterized by a mix of residential and quasi-industrial zones. This area is a short walk from
Minamisenju Station, offering convenient access to multiple transport modes including the JR Joban Line, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and Tsukuba Express. The central
Kita-Senju Station is just two minutes away by direct train, providing effortless connectivity to various parts of Tokyo.
Moreover, the vicinity is equipped with several bus stops, linking residents easily to prominent destinations like Ueno, Asakusa, and Tokyo Station, thus enhancing its appeal as a residential area. The ongoing redevelopment around
Minamisenju Station has resulted in the emergence of high-rise apartments and commercial facilities, blending the charm of traditional townscapes with modern urban life while maintaining its unique local character.
Acknowledging these regional traits, List Development performed an in-depth analysis, considering administrative materials, market trends, supply conditions, and rental demand. This analysis concluded that a rental complex would not only meet community needs but also ensure stable long-term operations, leading to the project’s conception.
