Background of Development

The RETERRACE MINAMISENJU SOUTH is strategically situated in Taito's kiyokawa 2-chome neighborhood, which is characterized by a mix of residential and quasi-industrial zones. This area is a short walk from Minamisenju Station, offering convenient access to multiple transport modes including the JR Joban Line, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and Tsukuba Express. The central Kita-Senju Station is just two minutes away by direct train, providing effortless connectivity to various parts of Tokyo.
