Huawei Unveils Innovative 4+10+N Intelligence Solutions for SMEs
Huawei's Groundbreaking Launch of 4+10+N Solutions for SMEs
On September 19, 2025, Huawei unveiled its latest innovation, the HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N, during a special event held in Shanghai, designed specifically to assist Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in their quest for digital transformation. The event featured a keynote by David Wang, Huawei's Executive Director of the Board, who emphasized the theme “Together for Growth, All Intelligence.” The new solutions aim to provide tailored services that enable SMEs to thrive in an increasingly intelligent world.
Today, artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in the business landscape, with its applications expanding beyond merely providing smart assistants for employees. As organizations look to integrate AI deeper into their core operational structures, there is a growing necessity to evolve existing product models and services. With over 58 million SMEs in China, responsible for generating more than 80% of urban jobs and contributing to 60% of the national GDP, it is evident that these enterprises are pivotal to the economy. However, despite the global surge in AI adoption, many SMEs face significant hurdles in leveraging these technologies. These challenges include limited knowledge, technical capabilities, and the perceived complexity of implementing AI solutions.
During the launch, Wang stated, “Intelligence must be as accessible as water and electricity. I hope every individual, household, and organization can benefit from artificial intelligence. Huawei stands ready to assist SMEs in overcoming these challenges and becoming smarter, faster without leaving anyone behind in the intelligent world.”
Many SMEs often find themselves relying on externally developed intelligent solutions to bridge gaps in technology and skill. They seek solutions that are user-friendly, quick to implement, and specifically designed to drive efficiency and growth. Previously, installation processes often involved complicated subcontracting models for component products, which were inefficient and convoluted. To tackle this issue, Huawei has reorganized its distribution strategy, shifting from selling individual products to offering comprehensive, scenario-based solutions that are easier for installers to implement.
The “4” in the 4+10+N model refers to the four primary scenarios that encompass the majority of business operations: intelligent office management, smart enterprises, intelligent education, and smart healthcare. Meanwhile, “10” indicates the ten complete scenario-based solutions launched today, which feature offerings for SME offices, smart hotels, digital diagnosis platforms, and interactive smart classrooms. Finally, “N” denotes an array of flagship products designed specifically for these diverse scenarios.
During the recent launch, Huawei introduced 26 new products as part of this N series of solutions, including the high-performance HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180 enterprise routers. Known for their ultra-fast capabilities, these routers integrate various features such as routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN capabilities. Additionally, new IdeaHub products, which combine AI-based videoconferencing, acoustic panels, and AI applications, were unveiled, all designed with an all-in-one approach and featuring intelligent interactions and enhanced security.
Wang further noted, “We manage complexity so that our customers and partners can focus on growth. Our comprehensive scenario-based solutions will facilitate a more straightforward and quicker transition for SMEs to become intelligent.” These innovative HUAWEI eKit solutions are designed to elevate the development of products, enhance sales enablement, and streamline delivery services. By employing these solutions to support partners, Huawei aims to bring the advantages of AI to the SME market.
All products launched are equipped with significantly more advanced AI technologies compared to previous versions, ensuring seamless integration and validation with existing solutions. This flexibility allows installers to bundle products effectively to meet specific scenario requirements. Huawei also empowers its distribution partners by providing additional sales tools, including quicker access to resources, solution demonstrations, and scenario-based configuration plans, significantly easing product selection and solution design for both installers and clients.
For delivery services, Huawei supports unified installation, centralized network management, and consolidated customer service to facilitate rapid adoption of AI technologies, ensuring a worry-free transition for installers.
In conclusion, Wang reiterated, “These solutions will enable SMEs to take the final step into an intelligent world. We are more than willing to collaborate with distribution partners and installers to pool resources and help SMEs evolve into intelligent enterprises.” With the launch of HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N, Huawei reinforces its commitment to fostering an innovative and inclusive future for businesses of all sizes, particularly in the ever-evolving landscape of intelligent technology.
