Rokid Unveils Innovative Smart Glasses and Partners with Krys at VivaTech 2026

Rokid's Groundbreaking Appearance at VivaTech 2026

Rokid, a global leader in smart glasses equipped with artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction, made a significant debut at VivaTech 2026 held in Paris. This event marks an important chapter in Rokid's expansion into Europe, showcasing its unique innovative products to a wider audience.

The company took part not only in the main exhibition but also participated in a special showcase along the iconic Champs-Élysées, celebrating the exhibition's 10th anniversary. Rokid utilized this platform to demonstrate its standout products: the Rokid Glasses, featuring Micro-LED displays, and the Rokid Ai Glasses Neo, which operate without screens. These products have proven beneficial for users across more than 100 countries, offering features such as real-time translation in 89 languages, transcription services, and visual searching capabilities through multiple AI assistants.

One of the notable highlights of this event was Rokid's partnership with Krys, a renowned optical chain in France. This collaboration aims to expand the accessibility of Rokid's smart glasses in physical retail settings. By placing their entire product range within Krys stores, Rokid enhances both the availability of these innovative products and support for prescription lenses. This step is pivotal in strengthening Rokid's European distribution network and planning for future market developments.

Moreover, Rokid's products will also be available on several major local online platforms, including Fnac, Darty, Cdiscount, and soon Boulanger. This multifaceted approach enhances product accessibility for French consumers and encourages wider adoption of smart glasses technology in daily life.

Zoro Shao, the General Manager of Rokid Global, expressed enthusiasm about their participation, stating, "Our involvement in VivaTech signifies another milestone in our strategy across Europe. Engaging with technology enthusiasts and industry leaders was invigorating. There is a clear consensus that smart glasses are becoming integral everyday tools, and their potential is still unfolding."

The significance of Rokid's presence in Paris comes on the heels of the company's recent entry into the German market earlier in April 2026, marking a crucial expansion move within Europe. Additionally, the Rokid Glasses recently achieved significant sales, raising nearly $4 million on the Japanese crowdfunding platform Makuake, making it one of the platform's most anticipated products this year.

The retail price set for the Rokid Glasses is €699, while the Rokid Ai Glasses Neo is priced at €449, making advanced smart eyewear accessible to a broader audience.
