Foundever®, the global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions, recently celebrated the grand opening of its new contact center in Luxor, Egypt. Starting with an initial workforce of 200 employees, Foundever plans to expand to 400 full-time staff by December 2026. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to create 5,000 new jobs in Egypt over the next three years. This move reinforces Egypt's standing as a prime destination for CX and IT outsourcing.

Foundever already operates in Cairo, specifically at the Maadi Technology Park and the City Stars shopping complex, where it experienced a remarkable growth rate of 115% the previous year. The company currently supports 15 international clients across 14 languages, showcasing Egypt's capability as a multilingual outsourcing hub.
